BUSINESS & EDUCATION BACKGROUND
While attending local Westview High School, Nick began working in the industry with his father and grandfather, who founded an early version of Hayden Group, then called Baldwin-Hayden.
He spent a couple years in the Chilean Patagonia and Spain during college, and obtained a Bachelor's in Spanish, followed by an MBA from Utah State University.
Nick started his commercial real estate career at Colliers International, one of the world's largest commercial real estate firms. After 3 years, he returned to the Hayden Group family business in 2011 to pursue his favorite aspects of commercial real estate... Working with local businesses and building owners via our efficient Hayden Group platform.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND
Nick and Michelle have three kids, Lucas (11), Hallie (9), and Jack (6). He looks forward to trips to central Oregon, hiking, working out, track days, snowboarding, golf, audiobooks, and sketching floor plans. He speaks Spanish, but not very well these days.
