BUSINESS & EDUCATION BACKGROUND
While attending local Westview High School, Nick began working in the industry with his father and grandfather in Hillsboro, who founded an early version of Hayden Group (Baldwin-Hayden & Baldwin Properties Inc).
During college, he spent a couple years in the Chilean Patagonia and Spain, obtained a Bachelor's in Spanish, followed by an MBA from Utah State University.
Nick started his commercial real estate career at Colliers International. After 3 years, he returned to the Hayden Group family business in 2011 to pursue his favorite aspects of commercial real estate... helping local businesses and building owners via our efficient Hayden Group platform.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND
Nick and Michelle have three kids, Lucas (12), Hallie (9), and Jack (7). He looks forward to trips to places like central Oregon, hiking, working out, track days, snowboarding, golf, audiobooks, and designing houses.
