BUSINESS AND EDUCATION
Nick’s roots in commercial real estate run deep. While attending Westview High School, he began working alongside his father and grandfather in Hillsboro—founders of the early iteration of Hayden Group (formerly Baldwin-Hayden & Baldwin Properties Inc.).
During college, Nick spent a couple years abroad in Chile’s Patagonia and Spain, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish before completing his MBA at Utah State University.
He launched his professional real estate career at Colliers International, where he built a strong foundation in brokerage and client relations. In 2011, Nick returned to the family business—Hayden Group—to focus on his passion for helping local business owners and property investors achieve their goals through a nimble, client-centered platform.
In 2017, Nick served as President of the Commercial Real Estate Brokers of Metropolitan Portland.
PERSONAL BACKGROUND
Outside of real estate, Nick enjoys life with his three children and loves exploring Central Oregon, hiking, working out, track days, snowboarding, golf, and designing homes. He’s also a fan of audiobooks and lifelong learning.
